Returns & Cancellation Policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Except as outlined in these Terms and Conditions, all sales are final.
NFT Digital Artwork:
In accordance with United Kingdom law, purchasers of NFT digital artwork have the right to cancel their order for a full refund within 14 days of completing their purchase. This cancellation period is referred to as a “Cool Down Period,” purchasers will not be able to claim their NFT digital artwork until this 14-day period has expired. Upon expiration of the “Cool Down Period,” an email to claim the purchased NFT digital artwork will be sent to the email address the purchaser used at checkout. All sales are considered final and no longer eligible for cancellation upon expiration of this14 day period.
Purchasers of NFT digital artwork also reserve the right to waive the 14 day “Cool Down Period.” If the purchaser opts to waive their right to cancel their order, the sale is considered final upon completion of the checkout process. Purchasers who waive their right to cancel will be able to claim their NFT digital artwork immediately upon receipt of their invite to the claiming website. Before proceeding to check out, you must select the option to ‘opt out of the cancellation policy’ in order to waive your right to the 14 day “Cool Down Period.”
Physical Goods:
In accordance with United Kingdom laws, purchases of physical goods may be returned if the product is deemed to be faulty or not as described. Purchasers must request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. Faulty items or items not as described, must be returned within 14 days of requesting a refund or replacement. Upon receipt of the returned items, a refund or replacement will be issued within 14 days using the original shipping method and/or method of payment. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling costs for items returned to Mind Chill. Please contact contact@mind-chill.com to notify us of your request for a refund or replacement. Please provide your full name, order number and use ‘Refund/Replacement Request’ in the subject line. We will provide you with the information needed to return your items.
Combination purchases of NFT digital artwork and physical goods will only have the option for a replacement of the physical item if it is deemed faulty or not as described, NFT digital artwork remains subject to the NFT digital artwork cancellation policy.
You understand our delivery and production times are subject to potential delay at peak times of the year and with the disruption Covid can cause. We use tracked couriers and currently have no issues. We will keep you updated and informed until it reaches your door.
Cancellation Policy
You have 24 hours to cancel or modify your order from the time of purchase, after that point the Return Policy takes effect.
Our right of cancellation
If for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to an inability or failure on the part of the manufacturers or suppliers of the goods to supply the goods to us, we are unable to supply the goods to you, we may cancel the agreement at any time before the goods are delivered by giving notice to you. We shall promptly repay to you any sums paid by you or on your behalf under or in relation the agreement. We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage whatever arising from such cancellation.
